Our approach… to massage

Integrated Massage Therapy is a newer approach to massage therapy. Instead of selecting from a list of massage modalities and pressure levels, you’ll discuss with your therapist during the intake conversation what your goals and preferences are for your session and together construct a plan that might incorporate multiple techniques to accomplish those goals.

By using a blend of techniques, optimal results can be achieved.

The techniques used are including but not limited to: Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, prenatal massage, myofascial release, stretching, manual lymphatic drainage, warm stones, cold stones.

Our approach… to lymphatic care

Our lymphatic therapists are certified in the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C), Certified Cosmetic Surgery Therapists (CCST) in the Psomas method, and preparing to complete training as a Certified Lymphedema Therapist in Spring ‘25.
