Our approach… to massage

Integrated Massage Therapy is a customized approach to massage therapy.

Instead of selecting from a list of modalities & pressure levels, you’ll discuss with your therapist during the intake conversation what your goals and preferences are for your session and construct a plan to accomplish your goals that might incorporate multiple techniques of massage therapy.

By using a blend of techniques, optimal results can be achieved.

Our lymphatic therapists are certified in the Vodder method of Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD-C), and those who see post-op clients are further certified in Cometic Surgery-specific Manual Lymphatic drainage
