Congratulations on scheduling your first massage! First things first, you’ll need to fill out an intake form. You can either fill it out before you arrive or come a bit before your appointment and do it then. You’ll also want to arrive early enough to use the bathroom if you need it.

At your appointment time, your therapist will take you to the treatment room where you’ll have a conversation about your session goals, relevant health conditions, and any questions you might have.

Your therapist will then leave the room and you’ll undress to your comfort level before getting on the table, under the top sheet and blanket. You therapist will knock before entering again and your session will begin.

Late canceling, late rescheduling or not showing up for your appointment could result in a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment.

Yes. During the intake discussion before your Integrated Massage Therapy appointment, your massage therapist will discuss with you your desired outcomes and level of pressure.

With parental signature on their intake form, we do massage minors. Parents are welcome to be in the treatment room during intake and/or massage session.

Our approach with this demographic includes education about the work we are doing and encourages communication between client and therapist.

In a pinch, parents might find that the only way they can keep their appointment is if they bring a child with them. This is allowed provided your child doesn’t need supervision and they can stay quiet as to not disturb clients receiving other services.

Of course! Let your therapist know during the intake conversation before your appointment of any enhancements you’d like to add to your appointment.
